I bought a vintage Sansui QR-6500 yesterday off Craig's list for my small workshop Capacitor coupled quasi complementary output stage (similar to AU101, AU555/AU555A), so it should have that "early Sansui sound" It does have a couple of known problem transistors than can go noisy (2SC458).
